Meet Your Legacy Team

The Legacy Planning Process is built on one simple belief: families deserve clarity, confidence, and a plan that reflects what matters most. Our team brings decades of experience, heart, and intentionality to every conversation. We’re here to guide you, support you, and help you build a legacy that lasts.

Court Pitcher

Co-founder

Court is committed to helping families build plans that bring confidence, protection, and peace of mind—work inspired by his own life experience. After losing two close friends unexpectedly in 2005, he developed a passion for legacy planning and the importance of preparing for life’s uncertainties. As a co-creator of the Legacy Planning Process, he ensures every client begins with the end in mind and receives a clear, education-driven path forward. He believes families deserve more than products—they deserve a process that honors their values, goals, and long-term vision. Court finds purpose in helping people create plans that support their loved ones whether they are here or not. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling with his wife and children, staying active through sports, and cheering for his beloved Nebraska Cornhuskers.

Jereme Roodhouse

Managing Partner

Jereme is on a mission to empower families to live intentionally, using money as a tool to fulfill their life’s purpose. Through the Legacy Planning Process, he helps people build purpose-driven plans that protect loved ones, optimize cash flow, minimize taxes, and create lasting impact through generosity. He believes every individual is a value creator—not just a consumer—and deserves a process that prioritizes clarity over complexity. After 20 years of military service as a Marine and Army Guardsman, Jereme brings discipline, empathy, and steadiness to every family he serves. Today he lives in the mountains of North Idaho with his wife, four kids, two grandkids, and a lively mix of furry and wooly companions. When he’s not serving families, he’s outdoors exploring the mountains he calls home.

Jeremy Dopp

Co-founder

Jeremy is driven by a simple belief: every family deserves honest guidance and a plan that supports the life they want to live. As the managing partner of the Legacy Planning Process, he helps people navigate retirement, cash flow, Social Security, and protection planning with clarity and confidence. He approaches each client like family—offering only the strategies he would recommend to his own parents, siblings, or children. Known for his collaborative approach, he partners with attorneys and accountants to ensure every part of a plan works together, not against itself. Jeremy has a heart for young families and advocates for proper protection, wills, and guardianship planning that secure what matters most. He lives in Queen Creek, Arizona with his wife, Jenny, and their four daughters, and loves traveling, sports, and serving in his church community.
